The Windsor Framework is a post-Brexit legal agreement between the EU and the UK and will have an impact on several areas including medicines. It comes into effect on 1 January 2025.
Some of the changes due to be introduced by the Windsor Framework at the end of this year will have a significant impact from an FMD perspective in Ireland. In October, we hosted an update webinar for MAHs about the Windsor Framework. During the session we also provided a general update on FMD in Ireland.
